Safety and Information

  • Megaland is a rain or shine event. Please dress appropriately for the day.

  • The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the event of heavy rain or strong winds that could pose a risk to customer safety, we reserve the right to close the course.

Safety Rules

  1. Bouncing and jumping on the course may result in injury. Megaland take all practicable steps to identify and manage risks, but you must follow staff instructions at all times. You are accepting an element of risk by undertaking this activity. Please report any issues you see.   

  2. The maximum height allowed for an individual using the course is 6.5 feet.

  3. The maximum weight allowed for an individual using the course is 130kgs. 

  4. There is a minimum age limit of 3 years old.  


  5. Children under the age of 8 years old must be actively supervised by a caregiver aged 18 or over at all times. Actively supervised means watching your child at all times and being able to provide immediate assistance.


  6. No climbing over the outer walls. Offending customers will be removed from the course with no refund offered.

  7. Socks must be worn at all times while on the course.


  8. Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst on the course. Look before you jump or slide - check the coast is clear.  

  9. Please go around the course in a clockwise direction.

  10. Please do not go on the course if you have an injury, health condition or are feeling sick or unwell.  

  11. We do not recommend using the course if you are pregnant.

  12. Valuables: Bring valuables such as jewellery, watches, go pros, phones and other personal equipment on the course at your own risk.

  13. No bags are allowed on the course.


  14. Anyone who is intoxicated by alcohol or drugs will be removed from the course with no refund offered.


  15. No food, drink or chewing gum is permitted on the course.

  16. When using the course, you give Megaland staff permission to use any photos or videos taken of yourself or group for promotional use, which includes social media. If you do not wish to have photos or videos used in this manner, you must inform staff.

  17. In the event of a power outage, all customers must listen to the instructions of Megaland staff and immediately make their way off the course via one of the exits.

  18. In the event of heavy rain or strong winds that could pose a risk to customer safety, the course may be closed. If the course is closed within 30 minutes of the start of your session and cannot be reopened, a refund may be offered.
